Shipping policy

Nice, you're buying something from us!

Option 1: Pick-up

Message me via the contact form and we'll arrange a time for you to try on your favourite piece.
That way we can make sure you get the right size :)

Option 2: Delivery

We'll deliver your parcel by post within 2-4 working days.

Shipping costs:
For orders over CHF 100, we ship your package for free.
Otherwise we charge CHF 10.

Costs for international deliveries are covered by you.

Returns

You can send back or drop off your item within 7 days.
But please think in advance about whether you'll really wear the item and whether the size might fit.
Return costs are covered by you. You'll be refunded the price of the item, excluding shipping costs.

Sustainability

Of course, we make sure our packaging is as plastic-free as possible.
Still, shipping by post isn't sustainable.
So here's our tip:

Buy less, wear it more often!

...and who knows - maybe there'll soon be a slofa store where you can try on our collections in person. No more worrying about whether the size fits.
Just come by, try it on and take it home!

...that's the vision, anyway :)
